Products
The Slitter/ Rewinders with 1 or 2 die cut stations. (Any Slitter/ Rewinders without Die-Cut stations are only available upon request).
The widths available to be built are 410 mm, 450 mm and 550 mm. Other widths can be built upon request.
The Die-Cut stations are built at Kocher and Beck, these have proven themselves for many years in the FitFellinger/LeoMat machines. The use of these Die-Cut stations ensure the best continuity.
Due to our large knowledge base and research, it is also possible to add various options as desired, such as a double winding shaft and/or a semi-turret. Everything we provide will be the best working machine for your production environment.
In the mean time, we keep innovating. Among others, we are currently developing a glueless turret and its best applications!
Operating System
The operating system is created by Lenze. The cooperation with Lenze gives us a lot of confidence and makes us ready for a long-term future. The machine will almost entirely be made with Servo motors and drives. The powder brake can be optionally replaced by Servo motor and drive, to have the entire machine fully operating with Servo: both easy and reliable in operation.
